Satire/sketch show Not the Nine O'Clock News back in the eighties was always worth watching for its then cutting edge humour, but for male viewers it was also undoubtedly must-see-TV for lovely Australian actress/model Pamela Stephenson-surely the equivalent to Debbie Harry in Blondie as the the comedy troupe's single distinctive and sexy female-whose antics were often just as bold and memorable as her team mates.

Stephenson, who appeared in the likes of hit seventies shows like The New Avengers and The Professionals, has long abandoned acting/comedy for the more intense realms of psychiatry, though she'd make a respectable return to TV as a dancer for the BBC's popular competitive Strictly Come Dancing entertainment series.
