Beautiful, delightful and dizzy. That just about sums up the lovely Katy Manning, one of the all-time great companions to the time travelling DOCTOR WHO in his third 1970's exciting incarnation in Jon Pertwee. How this Doctor ever kept his mind on his job (or his pecker in his pants) in saving the universe I'll never know, especially with the fashionable Jo Grant and her lovely nylon thighs running around in the most charming knickers-revealing mini-skirts and kinky boots of the era (plus a very memorable white stockings glimpse), all of which (in a very delightful Mary Millington-esque way) definitely got the attentions of dads and puberty entering teens around the country at Saturday tea-time three quarters of the year, for three seasons!

After WHO and before leaving for the warm climes of Australia for the needs of her then fragile-health children, Miss Manning did a terrific and very sexy girlie magazine shoot (seen above) that is still as popular and member-hardening now as it was back in the day. Even the presence of a dreaded Dalek with a clearly erect stalk eye didn't spoil the allure of this damn sexy actress and her wonders on display, now back in the UK often, and just as lovely, smart and kooky as ever.
