SUPERBABE 176: LOUISE HUNT

Like the rest of the world, the UK loves its soap operas, and they wouldn't have to be in series form, either. The late nineties saw a popular will-they-or-won't-they couple interplay go on within a batch of very popular Nescafe Gold Blend coffee ads. This saga of simmering sex appeal went on beyond its original run with another couple taking up the story, co-starring the gorgeous UK model/actress Louise Hunt. With such sex appeal and those glorious legs on display, I was surprised that Miss Hunt, who now resides in the US, didn't appear in more series and film work from the back of its success, though she continues to act, and her IMDB resume goes up to at least 2010.

If Miss Hunt ever ran out of coffee, our door is always open for her.

SUPERBABE 175: SUMMER GLAU

Gene Kelly's Singing in the Rain sadly never looked like this! No downpours can change the happy state of mind, or alter the superb body and retro-stockinged legs, of Cult US TV favourite Summer Glau, who's been in everything from action dramas like THE UNIT, forensics thrillers like the original CSI, and hit sci-fi, including ALPHAS and Joss Whedon's fan beloved FIREFLY, where she played the vulnerable fugitive River Tam, whose ultimate fighting skills were unleashed in the spin-off movie Serenity. Long may Miss Glau, and those adorable legs of hers, thrive!

Then the lovely Emily Procter got to show her more sassy and sexy side as the gun-expert forensic scientist every man wanted to share some quality time with, Calleigh Duquesne, in the hit long-running series of murder and gloss that was CSI: MIAMI.

SUPERBABE 173 : JULIA BRADBURY

She's now become a doting mum at one with the countryside and taking long scenic walks for documentaries, but let's not forget that other sexy side to the lovely and very chatty UK television presenter Julia Bradbury. I remember she made a striking and classy impact presenting an early entertainment programme for the UK's CHANNEL FIVE when it first launched, then went on to host a whole load of other diverse types of programmes with humour, style and professionalism.

Intriguingly, as she was starting out on television, working for the raunchy and adult LIVE TV satellite channel in the 90's, Miss Bradbury was apparently tasked (according to a feature in the Evening Standard newspaper) with testing out varying sized sex toy dildos. If anyone knows any more about this or if there is any footage linked to this (hopefully for her, fun) work, please get in touch.

But it was when she became co-anchor on the BBC consumer affairs programme WATCHDOG that I, and I'm sure all of her fans reading this, became regular viewers. Who can forget that black leather short skirt she wore when challenging a guilty businessman making life difficult for customers? We weren't listening to the complaint battling, we were just drooling at those lovely legs and waiting for some serious crossing and uncrossing! I'm no ratings analyst, but I'm convinced that the series ratings went up a notch for years to come the following week!

SUPERBABE 172: JENNY MCCARTHY

Though best known these past few years as an actress, OTT comedienne and dedicated mom, I personally prefer Jenny McCarthy back in the days when she was a truly stunning PLAYBOY model- her supreme title of 1993 Playmate of the Year thoroughly well deserved. It was a lovely gesture of her to return to the title for a special shoot marking her 40th Birthday.

Showing her pretty in pink assets is the lovely American actress/model, dancer and reality TV star Elise Neal, currently known for Hollywood Divas and Real Husbands of Hollywood, though I've always personally preferred her acting work, including roles in Scream 2 and Hustle & Flow, and for her season stint on the cult adventure series Seaquest 2032, where she played a top subfighter pilot, J.J. Fredericks. I would happily share a life fully submerged with this hottie.

SUPERBABE 170: JANE LEEVES

Best known for her work in the US comedy series instituiton Frasier, playing slightly bonkers physical therapist and lovably cheesy misrepresentation of "Ye Olde England", Daphne Moon, actress and theatre star Jane Leeves was prior known in the UK in the eighties as a model and dancer, often getting to adorn sexy lingerie and show off her excellent legs as part of comedian Benny Hill's regular posses of stunning supporting ladies, The Hill's Angels.
