SUPERBABES CENTRAL was sad to hear of the passing yesterday of gorgeous actress, model and former Miss America, Mary Ann Mobley, who had a string of popular film and TV appearances under her belt, but will surely be most fondly remembered for her appearances alongside "The King" himself, Elvis Presley, in two summer love/music capers, and as the original heroine April Dancer- the classy THE GIRL FROM U.N.C.L.E. herself- in the series idea tester shown during Season Two of THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. - The Moonglow Affair. Mobley's performance as Dancer was resourceful and playful- she even memorably sported a sexy pink thigh garter that could unlock doors!
Another talented and lovely lady lost to the world. R.I.P.
