One British superheroine that every man and boy had a crush on in the late sixties and early seventies had to be Alexandra Bastedo, the beautiful actress with the classy style and international looks who was a key part of the memorable crime-fighting trio of the ITC series THE CHAMPIONS. I had a chance to meet her a few years before her sad passing and she was just as attractive and charming as I'd hoped.
